I do not charge for the inspection and diagnosis of machines. If the machine is brought to me I give a no obligation free quote after investigating the problem on your computer, I can give you a rough idea of the price from a phone call or e-mail, but can only give an accurate price after seeing the problem.

For callouts with computer related problems I charge £39.99 plus parts for a call out inclusive of the first hour, and £9.99 per quarter hour thereafter, and am fully insured to work at your location. If your computer is going to take longer than an 2 hours to fix I will give you the option of me taking it back to my workshop with a quote for the whole job.

 

Although I have never been defeated by a computer problem there are times when a repair is beyond the economical value of the machine. In cases like this I can give you the option of upgrading faulty parts or building a whole new replacement system. I can also give advise on disposal of computer parts.

I will never start work on your computer until you have been informed of the price and have given me the go-ahead.

All costs are inclusive of VAT. You can pay by Cash, Cheque (if accompanied with a cheque guarantee card), and Credit or Debit card through PayPal.
