I have a background with a multitude of different experiences, mostly coming from engineering and programming. Teaching has always been a knack of mine with me being the only person who could ever explain chess and how to play it to my mother! Probably due to my huge amount of patience and understanding of how things are better learnt if done without pressure, and explained in a practical way that makes sense.

Several years ago I was starting to be asked by people how to do this and that on computers, also if I could fix various things that weren't working right, or to see if what appeared to be a dead computer was worth fixing or should it end up in the bin. As time has moved on I have gained more experience and also a growing network of customers, as word of mouth and recommendations have spread, more and more people have come on board and needed my help.
